Keeping definition

Guys somewhat confused.

After training my lates and back stay looking good but within a couple of hours my tri and biceps have lost their definition.

I work them hard and have been doing this for over a year but just not staying pumped. As soon as I get back the next session they come out pumped straight away.

What can I do to keep them looking good all the time . Any clues please!!!

drop body fat mate, definition s all about the bodyfat. when you say you see them more after the gym i think this is called being pumped and it dont usually last, just because blood is pumping trough the muscle worked

Increase your lean muscle mass, and keep your bodyfat low after a point your muscles will start to look good relaxed also.
