Help me with my Waist - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Hi guys,i need help here so plz respond.I used to be fat and when i lost a lot of kilos my skin around my waist isnt tight at all..exept the cardio and the diet what else i can do in order to get my waist smaller and tight???its really awful guys and makes my body look a lot bigger and cant get the V bodytype..

dont know about getting the waist smaller but you could work alot harder on your lats to give you the vshape and to make your waist appear smaller
