| Lifes Pupil | 3-D training Has anyone done this 3-D training that Iromman Magazine are always pushing? I understand the principles behind it, just not sure whether it is actually applicable in practice as much asa its promoted to be, feels like its just way to sell the book to be honest. & What the hell are X-reps & all the other jargon they use??
