Saggy Boobs? lol

Hey Guys,

I think my chest is probably my smallest feature, although I consider it to be reasonably strong, and my lifts are increasing.

On my chest day, I usually do Flat and Decline, and I admit I have rarely done Incline in the past. I personally think my nipples point downwards and maybe appear saggy, is this due to the lack of incline?

I'm hoping that by concentrating on incline I can "raise" them and make them appear fuller at the top. Is this correct?

Re: Saggy Boobs? lol

The position of your nipples could create the impression of saggy chest. Excess edipos (sp) fat could cause male spaniels ears (thats the medical tewrm for it....erm....honest)

Excessive raid fat loss could also cause it if the skin hasnt recovered as fast as the lard was lost.

To taughten the skin you probably need to develop the whole chest include weighted dips with your chest day. Does a good pump post chest work out get rid of the problem?

As warren said what is your BF% mass on the chest etc like?

Re: Saggy Boobs? lol

imo incline and dumbell pullovers would lift your chest right up to stop the sagging, i had the same problem a few years ago and changed my flat bench to incline for a full year, best thing i ever did, makes the chest come out just below your chin and collar bone, diet would also be a factor, you could start running asweel to tighten up your whole upper frame aswell, hope this helps bud, im just going from personal experience
