I have gone up with weight in 1 excercise but only gone up a rep or 2 in the other.. I dunno if i should stick at the same weight til the other excercise catches up or carry on..cuz if i add more kg the weaker excerise will suffer even more cuz i will have less energy :S dunno what to do. i do 2 sets of dumbell curls followed by two sets of hammers..its really frustrating knowing I can move up the weight on curls but the hammers holding me back! |
