![]() ![]() | Chest day Typical chest work-out me and my partner who has been training for 1.5 yrs All exercisers consist of 5 x 8-10 reps 1,Barbell flat bench 2,Incline dumbbell press 3,cable crossovers 4,peck-deck fly. After all this i'm totally knacked but i have been finding only on the flat bench that my front delts are giving up before my chest and i use a just wider than shoulder width grip. Should i use closer grip to hit the chest more??

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Chest day try doin: cable crossovers : flys : incline bench : flat bench the first two movements pre exhaust the chest,without assistance from the tris and delts. so when you start benching tris and delts should help punish you pre exhausted chest.
