![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Dumbell bench press I find I am doing this with palms facing each other, while the percieved technique is with palms facing the feet. I'm still lifting like a press as opposed to a flye. Is this a bad technique? I can feel it working the muscle... |

The grip you describe ( sometimes called a hammer grip) may bring some of the other muscles, apart from the pecs, in to play rather than the classic technique. But like you say you can feel it working the muscle you were targeting, no worries! . |
