hi guys thought i read somewhere on this site about anabolic lifts, anyone know what they are?

i guess this means Compound movements - squat,deads,bench,ohp,row's

These movements recruit several muscle groups thus stimulating greater overall growth

thanks alot i thought that was what they were but was not sure is there any where on here where i can find a work out programme on here that uses these sort of lifts. thanks alot for your help mate

There are a few things that can help a natty improve his test levels.

Although there are NO scientific bonds between tribulus and testosterone levels, it does seem to work, I use this most days, and double the dosage during PCT.

Other supplements include:

Zinc on its own
Zinc as ZMA
Horney Goats Weed
DHEA

There are more, but I cant think of them off the top of my head.

Also, by getting your diet and training correct, you will increase your testosterone levels naturally.

Compound movements at the gym, such as Squatting, Deadlifting, Bench and Shoulderpress are all known as anabolic lifts.

They simply work so many muscles at once, the body has to do something about it!!

Eating red meat helps test levels, and also good for natural creatine intake.

Other essental supplements for a natty i feel are:

Creatine CEE (Plain or a mix such as CE-XT, or Cell mass)
NO2 Products (AAKG, Di Arganine Malate, or as Nitrix, No Explode)
Fish Oils
Glutamine
BCAA, esp if you do a lot of cardio.
