But yea the less is more approach is the way to go if you want to grow. Like Five-O said keeping track of the improvements is key, i have a note pad with all my routines written in it i take it to the gym and make a note of how much i lift for each set and how long i took to recover. Every 4 - 6 weeks i take a look at all the workouts and it helps me out with figuring out my week points and also whether a particular excersise is working for me or not so i try something else. | aka Jimmy | Re: What changes can be made to focus this on bigger arms? ^^ Yeah the journal is great aint it, it can do lots of important things, when im training hard it can spur me on, and im only competing against myself that way, not the mirror pooftas down the gym, also its encouraging to look back and think, bloody hell, can't believe how ive progressed, when in your mind you think you might not have.
