Cardio

I am bulking at the moment and starting to put on a little BF

When i want to cut my BF when is the best time to do cardio?

I go to the gym on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Should i go do cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays or do it on gym days before lifting or after lifting?

When do you guys do your cardio?

Re: Cardio

just a quick question for you experienced boys.

Just taken my first clen cycle and was advised to take:-

40/first wk.

60/second wk.

80/third wk.

60/fourth wk.

40/fith wk.

Not a great deal happened my diet is clean and upped the anti with cardio.

i've been trainning for 5yrs I'm 190lb and just need to lose my post trainnig belly before my holiday in feb.Time is short now and i need to sort this out! T3 is an option but am worried about its catobolic effects. Can i take another clen cycle so soon and get to the point as described buy posts as sides then reduce?

If anyone knows what is best please advise!!
