![]() | shoulder advice right on military presses, with a barbell, closer grip or wide grip i mean rough estimates on how many inches apart you would say hands should be and my form on lateral raises is poor but even if i use the right form and try and be perfect with light weights i seem to not get great results any ideas guys? i am also trying something at the moment i am going to train forearms everyday to see if strenous excercise on a muscle group works for me, my forearms are small anyway so have nothing to lose and wanna try and make the grow on that which forearm excercises do people recommend just done reverse curls and they feel like they hit my bis too so i did rist curls and only one set of reverse because i worked biceps the other day and don't wanna overtrain them any help appreciated guys!

I like to push with my thumbs just outside the width of my shoulders. Thats me. When doing side laterals imagine holding a pitcher of water at your side. As you raise the pitcher of water you pour the water out and end up about at the ears. Pinky should be higher than all the other fingers. ![]()

But I like the full grip benching and the open grip while doing military press. Dont do behind the neck presses either as these can cause injury, even with good form. Forearms, try doing gripping exercises one day then, do forearm curls (upper and lower) another day. Scratch the reverse curls right now if you are focusing on the forearms.
