![]() | Hi everyone! I'm new to the forums, but have been lifting for about 2 years. I am looking for some information on a training cycle. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, but only build every two days to give me time to rest. The rest of the time I do light weights, and some cardio to keep my body weight down (still could lose a few pounds!). If you guys have any ideas on a cycle that I could do it would be great, as I have a basic routine, but nothing set in stone, and I would definately like to see a lot more gains than what I have done. Your thoughts on a diet would be great too, as mine isn't great! Also, if you guys have any thoughts on MAG-10 I'd love to hear them. I'm not planning on taking any at the moment, but it's definately a thought for the future. Thanks in advance! -Stu |
