![]() | unequal rear delts I seem to have my right rear delt noticably larger and more defined than my left rear delt. In addition my left front delt is noticably larger than my right front delt. I do a fair bit of isolation work but it feels like even that doesn't work. In fact my stronger delt always feels f***** after a workout the next day but the weaker only feels slightly sore! Since its prob not from not doing enough isolation could it be a mental thing? I.e not concentrating on squeezing the weaker delt? I have no idea. Does anyone else have a similar problem and had it fixed? |

![]() | Re: unequal rear delts A simple sports massage can help this problem. Muscular tension in a muscle can impede gains and/or give the appearance of imbalance. I find this helps a lot of my clients and is very common in the shoulder/trap area. |
