Biceps and shoulders.

On a tuesday i do my biceps and shoulders.Shoulders first then biceps afterwards.Would it be better if i did shoulders in the morning and biceps in the evening.i'm thinking of doing this as i dont have time to do both workouts at the same time as i dont want to rush myself.

The two workouts im currently doing:

Shoulder workout.

Dumbell press-12reps,10reps,8reps,6reps.

Lateral raises dumbells-12 reps,10reps,8reps,6reps.

Front raises with olympic bar-12reps,10reps,8reps,6reps.

Bicep workout.

Preacher curls-14reps,12reps,10reps,8reps.

Z-bar curls-14reps,12reps,10reps,8reps.(Changing grip every set from wide to close)
