![]() | Abs, Sort Of Newbie :) Hi Ya, I have been putting alot of time in the gym latley , and seem to be making some really great gains , except in the abdomen area , it doesnt seem to show , im currently doing 12 sets of 12 reps , sit ups , I find these really uncomftable and is really the only thing in the gym i dont like doing Has anyone got any ideas on how i could improve my abdomens , without sittups......I want to put the work in , dont get me wrong , i just find the consistancy hard to keep Thanks to any replys Matt |
