What muscles...

Hi,

I've been training for quite a while now, I really would like to concentrate on certain muscles now.

I'm quite annoyed about having a wide lower body which makes my waist look smaller.

Do I just need to work on lateral abs, shoulders and lats more? Or are other muscles included which I'm not aware of?

Re: What muscles...

good to have a small waist-better v shape taper,im like that-on the downside, less power for big lifts than mates with bigger hip dimensions, get the legs big and lats and will look even better
