![]() | the 'V' I am struggling to get the V at the top of my chest, i know i am carrrying a bit of excess body fat at the mo but the rest of the chest seems to be coming on ok, nice 'swoop' at the bottom, it just looks a bit flat at the top. Currently i train chest as follows Start - upper chest - olympic bar,
same sets as flat Cable flys to finish, but hold and nip as i bring them in Any suggestions peeps |

| UK-M's Token Aussie | Re: the 'V' chest program seems ok. hitting the right areas, not overtraining etc. diet is clean i assume? how far behind is your incline press compared to your flat press when it comes to strength? Quote:
im probably not the best one to help with these specifics as i focus on weight loss with my clients, rather than body shape specifics, but after re-reading your routine you are doing 14 sets instead of the 12 max you should do for any area of your body.

| aka Jimmy | Re: the 'V' Incline flyes first brought mine out, concentrate on adding thickness to the upper chest though and it will come.
