good peak on the biceps - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

how is it that i can get a good peack on my biceps, at the min i have got a bit of a peak but they have flat tops to them which makes them look small.what can i do to geta good peak.

modify your genetics!!!

genetics might have a role but the way i got good arms was to do seated alt arm n hammer one week then next use ez bar outa and inner grip work both heads and then an isolation. keep changing it with good form and they will develope.

Take a 5ml syringe and load it up with olive oil........

would this be a special sort of olive oil,if so i have ony had one shot of 1ml in the arms, had some more in my shoulders would thisd help them peak?
