Re: knee wraps

As Con said wraps should be used in Powerlifting, not BB'ing.

You wont get better ones than these, I use the knee and elbow ones.

Type HARDCORE into the discount box for 20% off, and with the weak $, they work out very cheap.

thanks for the link..... just out of interest, are you saying you'd recommend these knee bands for a BB's style routine or saying that wraps/bands shouldn't be needed for anything other than a power lifting style programme ??

Yes those are fine for bb wraps as in long elestic wraps that aid in lifting weight have no place in bb only in pling because the bounce that you get out of them reduces the movement pretty inferior for leg size.

What nytol recommended are slieves and slide on to your knee they give no extra lifting poundage but they do certaintly help with pain.

Re: knee wraps

thanks con.

....will try treat myself to a pair of the ATP knee bands this weekend.

I never really got on with the Titan wraps Ive got anyway, so just been squating raw and putting up with the knee niggle.... which incidentally Im starting to think could be related to the weather.....

....strange as it may sound, as it gets colder/damper the more the joint starts to ache (and only 32yrs!)

As Con said, these wraps just keep the joints warm, they are like a thick wet suit material, but do not cut off the blood like some cheaper ones can, I've never seen anything that compares to them TBH.

I don't train legs, or DL without the knee ones on.
