![]() | Groin problem - Squatting For about 3 weeks now ive been having groin strain when I push up on squats. I think my form is perfect, straight back, ass out but I just cant think why they hurt. I stretch them before hand and do 5mins on the treadmill. Any1 else get this? |

Do deads affect you in the same way or any other exercise for that matter? Sounds more like a pull. Could be anything from an imbalance to form I guess. Ninepack might be able to suggest something - he's pretty damn good when it comes to this kinda thing. If it's causing you problems it might be worth seeing a physio or possibly just rest squats for a few weeks.
