Groin problem - Squatting

For about 3 weeks now ive been having groin strain when I push up on squats. I think my form is perfect, straight back, ass out but I just cant think why they hurt. I stretch them before hand and do 5mins on the treadmill. Any1 else get this?

Maybe Sciatica? Does it go away straight afterwards?

Re: Groin problem - Squatting

Is there any pain from your back? If not if probably isn't sciatica. Do deads affect you in the same way or any other exercise for that matter?

Sounds more like a pull. Could be anything from an imbalance to form I guess. Ninepack might be able to suggest something - he's pretty damn good when it comes to this kinda thing.

If it's causing you problems it might be worth seeing a physio or possibly just rest squats for a few weeks.

No my back is fine. Deads are also fine. Might see a physio as my elbows are giving me jip aswell.
