Traps

Hi All..

having some issues with my traps..the left side had developed quite quickly over the last few months and seems to be far larger than my right side. Typically my right side is the stronger...im lifting exactly the same on both sides with the same excercises???

Any ideas where its going wrong?

Cheers!

maybe drop to a weight where you can feel the muscle working and be able to squeeze it, I see too many ppl not doing it right anyway, ie; using their arms to lift when its far too heavy.

Re: Traps

also some people have one shoulder slightly higher than the other due to things like carrying a bag on one side for years
