Low squat problem

My squat is way lower than my other lifts

Bench 120
Deadlift 160
squat 70

Whats going on here lol, my legs arnt small nor weak, i can max out the leg press machine and leg extension and they are in proportion to the rest of me.

Re: Low squat problem

there are loads of articles here

http://powerliftinguk.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=40

Justin Hurley has put hundreds of posts up to do with technique, and he knows how to squat.

Re: Low squat problem

Try some good mornings to help maybe, but follow that link, Justin is without doubt one of the top PL'er's in the country.

Re: Low squat problem

Those numbers look pretty proportional to me.

Everyone is different in terms of body shape - some are suited to squatting, others are suited to deadlifting.

It also depends on how deep you go on squats.

Re: Low squat problem

for someone with a 160 deadlift i would expect more than a 70kg squat

Re: Low squat problem

Oops - I mis-read - thought the squat was 120, not 70!
