Re: training too much apparently

May I go first............may I make one suggestion.

L E G S and B A C K ?????????????????

I dont know what exercises, rep range and instensity you are using. What are your goals.

Why train the glory muscle twice but no legs or back?

EDIT: just re read your post. You are off cycle. Dude, why not get your training sorted before the gear!

Re: training too much apparently

My suggestion, drop the days in half and spend one of them focusing on squats then you will gain well

Re: training too much apparently

While we am on the subject of over training i currently train 3 times a week weights doing compound movements e.g squats, deadlifts, bentover row etc and cardio in between as suggested by some guys off here but one of my friends trains 4 times a week and twice a day and he is a BIG Ba57ard so was just wondering if i was to do this sort of training like he does would i get as much gains or would i be over training?

Sorry to jack the board its just i was curious

well.. i dont know much about the subject but I know that not even Johnie Jackson traind 8 times a week!... I am not expert but it sounds so extreme...as in when would your muscles grow if they are all the time busy working?

Im just wondering

Re: training too much apparently

life at thew gym would be too dull without the deadlift and the squats... why dont u do legs?... can u stimulate muscle grow without exercising legs?..
I have always heard that best thing is not to ignore any muscle group
