Pec Dec

Some reason when i do the pec deck on my home muilt gym. It hurts my Rips. It might not be my 'rips' but the muscle out side my rips. its not like a paint but it feels like its really putting strange on that area.

any ideas ? help ?

you mean ribs? lol ... sounds like you need to adjust your set up on the pec dec so that your more comfortable. Intercostak muscles and Obliques shouldnt come into this excercise.

my advice? ditch the pec dec and get some dumbells so you can do flys.

Screw the flys and stick to basic compound movements.

however i was just substituting the isolation chest exercise..
