Back Lat pull down 5x5 DB row 5x5 Hammer row 5x5 Arms seated Db curls 5x5 Db hammer curls 5x5 Overhead tricep extansions 5x5 Tricep rope pushdown 5x5 This look ok?

Stick to: Deadlifts Squats Bench Rows etc If you do 5x5 with intensity you shouldn't need to really do any isolation work on your arms as you bis will be smashed on pull days and tris on push days....
