![]() | AM I DOING IT RIGHT???? Hi all,:lift: Just wanna know what people think to my training routine.Does anybody agree with it if not,what changes/alterations would you make. I have been training around two years,but due to family circumstances i stopped for around 3-4months.I have started back at it around 1 month ago now...When i started out training i was around the 10-11 stone,i am now weighing in at 15st 11oz...its taking a little getting back into,but anyway this is how im going at the min:- mondays:- chest and bi's wednesdays:- shoulders fridays:-back and tri's legs i do every other saturday at the min and i do 3 miles on the bike every morning 5 days a week. whats ya reckon all? |

| Previously known as Slender | Re: AM I DOING IT RIGHT???? When you work your chest you're also hitting your triceps Same for back when you work you back you'll be hitting the biceps so it's best to work them together or you face training the same muscle groups twice a week. |

Rock - i am feeling nice today so i will move this post as it is in the wrong section normally i would delete it please be more careful which section you post in please mate...
