Triceps

What is considered the overall best tricep workout EZ bar flat on bench over reaching my shoulders does the trick, but would love better ideas, I have used single over head using dumb bells but just cant get the burn or intensity and usually use much lighter weights in that move.

Any suggestions would be appreciated?

I like any overhead tricept excercise, only because it prestretches the tri first.
Dont forget the tries get hit with bench, military and any pushing excercise. They can get overtrained easy (small muscle).

i like heavy close grip bench press, keeping your elbows tucked in to your sides

followed by combinations of pushdowns with various grips.

i always do heavy compound moves to start off each body part, then move onto isolations. i do find that it has made my chest grow really well too as i do so many pressing moves!

skullcrushers all the way!

eccentric skulls....

lie on the bench with you head over hanging the end of bench. spotter places bar as normal. then ,with straight arms, lower the weight OVER your head so you are completely parrallel to the floor. thats the start/end position of the movement. then crush skulls from there. cant use massively heavy weights 40ishKg, but the feel is awesome as is the pumps.

not wrong there. quite the opposite, but what would happen to the weight training. could be embarrasing

I like french presses best for triceps, I tend to use pretty heavy dumbells for it, I get a huge pump from doing it, or overhead rope pull...
