![]() | free weight alternative I am working out at home and only have a barbell to train with, what can i don instead of...close grip lat pulldown, close grip seated pulley row and leg curls, i thought bent over row for the pulley row but thats all i got, any help would be appreciated |

![]() | Re: free weight alternative Have you tryed t bar rows with only one end of your barbell loaded up and the other on the floor agaisnt a wall, just keep changing grip each set.

Upright rows would also hit your traps (which I do with back). As already said, stiff legged deads are a great hamstring exercise. Good mornings will also hit lower back. Romanian deadlifts are also a great exercise. Most of my routine is based around a barbell.
