Middle of chest excerises other that bench?

Hi there,

my chest is slowing coming on but only like the outer parts. i need more bulk in the middle/ centre

Current routine

3 sets bench press
3 sets incline dumbell press
As many dips as i can do
3 sets incline flys

any advice would be appreicated on a good routine for ripping while maintaining muscle for my chest

Re: Middle of chest excerises other that bench?

If you wanna get your chest to really stand out shape wise then you need some good variation of exercises and need to lower your bodyfat.

Middle chest, try a slightly closer grip instead of ultra wide, also slow flyes or pec dec with a genuine 100% effort squeeze and hold in the middle.

Whats the rest of your physique like? remember we have backs, arms, shoulders, not just chests, unless it lagging alot?

Re: Middle of chest excerises other that bench?

the rest of my body is progressing alot more than my chest. hence why im annoyed! i only seem to be hitting my chest on the outer sides not the middle by centre of ribcage
