![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | kneeling bent over rows anybody ever done bent over rows whilst kneeling? I have started doing bent over rows again after stopping ages ago becasue I found my hamstrings and glutes seemed to take too much strain, plus all my glutes got stretch marked and blood capillaries broke from them I'm sure. Still they seem to give up before my back so I tried doing them whilst kneeling. seemed to workmy back pretty good. Just wonderd if anybody else knows anthing about this or has tried it? Or am I a :jerk: ![]() |

Bent over rows can usually be performed with quite a heavy weight so be careful. If you want to do it safely & save your hames & glutes, try doing them leant face down on a steep incline bench, using either a bar, or dumb bells.
