| Looking Freaky | Re: CANT GET SHOULDERS TO GROW :( Wassup Lads Cheers for the advice on the shoulders, I will drop front laterial raises and do more smith machine press and dumbell press. I already do dumbell shoulder press with 26kg in each hands I seem to get stronger each week but size wise they are lacking compared with the rest of my gains :( buy any chance you think I could be over training them? Reason for me not doing my legs is that I have a ****ed lower back got really bad sciatica blew my back last september and I am still recovering, hopefully in the next few months I will be able to get back to training my legs :( stupid herniated discs!!! Ardios fellas |
