when will it start to notice..2well my technique is

Well before september for example..Bicep i used 10 kg weights about 3 sets of 12 or somethinh i did htat for about 4 months and well decided to do this.. Finding a weight where i can only do 2 reps per set for 3 sets.. I noticed that i gained a rep every session in the first 2 weeks i gained maybe 3/4 reps a session but now only one rep each muscle part byut wwhat i did is i weight until i can do 4 reps in 3 sets every set.

.then add an extra kilo and I would find that my reps wud go down to 2 reps per set.it seems to go well I can lift more now than when i started off in september..and that goes with all my muscle groups to be honest
...
my diet well that is hard to say...I eat what i am given usually consists of chicken, cheese, potatoe, cauliflower, bread, beef, pork, pasta the occasionaly pizza and mars bar too >P and well i have just started to use protein drinks whey protein acctually,,,,

Well when i started off on my bicep i cud lift 13kg 3 times per set, but i could also lift 10 kg 10 times for enudrance big difference there kinda strange maybe, but now i can lift 17 kg 3 times i can lift 17½kg 2 times per set but that aint my goal to be honest....I can now lift 15 kilo 8's per set for 3 sets it aint all that great. but i am just using my bicep as an example
