Can't squat

(Sorry if this has been asked alot before)

For some reason I find it very hard, if not impossible, to squat.

The only way I can squat is if I go onto my tiptoes! I have quite long legs, do you think this could be the reason? Does anyone have any advice??

Are you sticking your ass out enoungh and pushing through your heels dude? As long as your doing that and keeping neutral spine you should be ok, failing that try a board or weight plate under your heels, some people find it harder then others.

Hi mate, squatting is probably the most productive exercise out there so don't stop doing it just because you are finding it hard.
Don't load up the weight too much if you are struggling, start at a weight which is challenging for you but you don't have to sacrifice technique.
