side stepper / gazzel elite
hi im about to start the abs diet book and woundering what cardio machine out of the Side Stepper vs Gazelle Elite whould burn more calories and fat? and would help with muscle toneing? thanxs for any advise:lift:
ps i do the abs diet weight traning as well.

You realise these are bodybuilders/weight lifters and strong men right? :rolleye11

I seriously doubt anyone here has one of those and if they do, they should post a picture up of them using it for us to laugh at

That device wont tone up anything except Tony Littles wallet, it would burn a few cals for sure but so does having a hand shandy and I know what I would rather be doing.
