![]() | Push and Pull I understand the importance of performing 'push' and 'pull' motions during exercise to work the muscles evenly and obtain a balance, but is there methods of exercising both muscles - for example pushups? Or should each type be performed independantly for maximum results? Reason is that my chest is overtaking my back and im beginning to look hunched.

Yes, pulling is a stronger movement IMO. Let's face it, our back is a bigger bodypart than our chests...
