![]() | How many sets ?? I have just started training with a new partner and he only trains one body part per day. Is 4 sets of 10 reps enough per body part per day, or is another set needed in there ? i used to try and do 2 body part a day, but have been struggling with thgis coz i feel knackered after i have finished one body part ? |

![]() | Re: How many sets ?? yeah thats not including warm ups, what i do now is stay on the same weight through out, which is normally the most i can lift, it means that i rely more on my spot towards the last 2 sets, but i feel i have worked out harder when i do this |

That is why I feel it is so important to keep a training dairy, so you can make sure you are progressing, and if it stops, you have something to look at, and try to figure out what to change. |

Or the less intensity the more the volume. But if that is workset then I say that is probably fine. As said above give it a go and see.
