biceps

when doing bicep work my left arm fails well before my right..what should i be donig,,just simply work the left more on its own ?os just work both to when left fails?

work both to when left fails imo. eventually it'll catch up, maybe even do some isolation work on it. i dont like doing too much for biceps though.

Dumbbell work should sort it and stop when the weakest arm fails (or preferably before). Also lead with the weakest arm if you are doing alternating dumbbell work.

could maybie do say 3 sets on right arm and 4 sets on left - this could be an option

nope start witht he week arm on alernate curls and make sure u do the same amount of reps even if the other arm hasnt failed yet

The point is to take each arm to failure (if you want growth) so as long as each arm fails then they will both grow proportionately.

Eventually the weaker arm will catch up, but if you want to speed it along, do an extra coupla sets on it on leg day or something, just don't overtrain it,
