![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Abs on a no show!!!! Need some help with my lacking abs guys, currently training them once a week with hanging knee raises and crunches but its making no difference, not really carrying any weight anywhere else so I guess Im just not hitting them enough!! |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | cheers lads, I reckon it could be the bf% to be honest but I dont have a clue what % Im at, I eat clean anyway and walk miles a day with my job so I was presuming it was undertraining rather than the bf% but now Im not sure! I should maybe up the cardio to 3 times a week but dont ant to hinder my gains by doing too much. :confused: |

| Looking Freaky | if you had a bf% of say around 10%.. then even with what your doing once a week you'd see your abs.. diet and go find out what bf% you are. Not sure where to go and get that checked i assume a good fitness centre.

You can have bulky abs that actually make you look heavier in a shirt. I agree though that abs are very important for core.
