![]() | Deadlift Routine Decided to add deadlifts to my back workout. Whats the best rep/set range to go with. Looking to use it as a power compound move to add lower back/leg mass. Know one rep max is pop in prisons. Any advice welcome! |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | If its for power then high reps should be avoided. 5 x 5 like Big suggested is good... Also 4 x 6 3 x 7 2 x 8 Lift as heavy as possible for the rep /set range you pick.
