![]() | juniors im 18,been training for a year and 5 months.i weighed 9 stone at 5 foot 8 when i started im now 11.8.my diet is http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/gaining-w...you-think.html ive started gettin more serious about bodybuilding and my goal is to compete in a under 21`s show in 2-3 years. any advice would be great. cheers |
