AB-Power

Basically guys, i aint got much fat around the abs (not mega bucket loads) but my stomach just pushes out when i relax.. it doesn't hold itself together in.

when i suck it up it looks normal.. but then i breathhh out and it fvckin follows lol.

is this because my abs aren't formed properly or something like that? or because my meals are really bigg? i eat 6meals a day and 3-4 of them are really bigg and bloat me everytime.

when i suck the stomach up the chest sits nicely aswell but when it drops.. noticed the chest drops aswell.. so.. verdict ??

I do like 3 sets of 30 normal situps followed by 3 sets of 30 weighted situps on off-days.

yeah i got sumthink for the lower abs but its a killer to do

*lie down flat on your back, raise your feet together 1inch off the ground and hold that position breathing heavily for 1minute at a time.

Be careful with that exercise. Make sure you push your back into the floor while lifting your feet. There should be NO space between the floor and the arch in your back. If there is, you will hurt your back.

See if these help ya. You may want to increase your sets and reps until you feel a burn.

Slow reverse sit ups
