Also another factor is I do them after 4 sets of flat and 4 sets of incline press's, cause I like to work on a tired chest for that move cause I put empysis (sorry i cant spell ) on the stretch.

Aye that'll make a big difference as well - I usually do mine as my second exercise after benching - and I only do 2 sets of bench.

I do them alternate weeks, one week I'll do flies, next pec deck, and so on...I start on 30 k on flies, (2 sets, 10 reps) then bump up to 40k for 3 sets (8-10 reps), sometimes going 42 or 44 if the 40's are being used....I keep a very slight bend in my elbows and let it stretch just below the shoulder line so I feel it pull...I normally do these 2nd or 3rd chest excercise, depending on what area is free....but generally I like to do these 2nd excercise....
