Exclamation cable crossovers

hi there just started training and want to incorperate some cable crossovers in my chest workout but could you tell me the correct way of doing this exercise because i've seen them being done either standing almost straight or nearly in a lunge position and varing degrees in between

imo if you have just started don't bother....

one pressing movement (flat/incline/decline BB or DB) done for 2 working sets will be (imo) enough... as long as you put a little amount of weight on each week and progress with it

if you really want to add another movement do some flies (incline or flat)...

I agree - cable cross overs are a waste of time for beginners
