![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Intolerable Pain Started doing dips again last night, however on my second set it felt like my ribcage was about to split open. I then tried to do some curls, but couldn't even get through two reps using just the EZ bar (no weights) to warm up. The lifting movement was fine, but when it came to the negative portion, the pain was f*cking incredible. This morning, anything that involves the slightest movement of my chest is causing me grief. Any ideas??? |
