Intolerable Pain

Started doing dips again last night, however on my second set it felt like my ribcage was about to split open.

I then tried to do some curls, but couldn't even get through two reps using just the EZ bar (no weights) to warm up. The lifting movement was fine, but when it came to the negative portion, the pain was f*cking incredible.

This morning, anything that involves the slightest movement of my chest is causing me grief.

Any ideas???

This is weird, i got no idea if your form was ok on the dips, as for the E-Z curls its new to me getting pec pains.

If its severe as you say i would honest go to the hospital and get a xray, find out what it is.

Sounds like you've been shot by a crossbow - check in the mirror to make sure there's no arrows sticking out of you!

Sorry mate I've no idea. I'd get down the docs or A&E soon as possible though if I was you.

Thanks gents,

Feels a bit better today. I'll give the dips another go next week, but do them last.

If I am still suffering like this after a few more sessions, then maybe I'll pay a visit to the doctor's.
