Less weight more reps?

Ive just finished a cycle of sus & deca now doing PCT and was advised to cut up abit to do more reps with less weight than ive been lifting, any opinions on this??? Cheers guys

Well, naturally in PCT you will lose some strength.

However, deliberately reducing the weight significantly and trying to go for more reps is a SURE way of losing a LOT of strength very quickly.

In PCT you should still be lifting heavy, albeit not quite as intense or as much volume as when your test levels are high.

The idea of PCT (and the next few weeks after it) is to hold onto the gains you made from the cycle. To do this, pound down the protein, get enough calories and lift heavy.
