Quad shape

Is it possible to change the shape of your quads using different exercises? I really want that look where the quads curve in at the top. Are there exercises that do this?

GOT THIS FROM THE ARNOLD ENCYCLOPEDIA"Foot position to some extent determines which area of the thighs you work the most.a wider stance works the inside of the thigh to a greater degree,while a narrower stance tends to work the out side more;toes turned out hits the inside of the thighs.

Yeah would be inner thigh at the top - just to give them some shape.

as dred..

wide squats hit the inner quads hugely. depends how wide you can get comfortably, but of personal preferance is about 4ft apart, nice and wide.

but be prepared to wear through boxer shorts at an accelerated rate, lol
