Do I feel overtired after this workout 2. Am I growing If the answers are 1.No and 2. Yes then it's right for you. I generally do 2 pressing movement with my shoulder routine and one involves dumbells and one involves a bar/smith machine.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | me too ! i do heavy DB press , with the seat 1-2 notches back, then a smith military press, but i put the seat straight upright for these , it seems to take a good portion of the chest out of play, and give a good delt feeling. oh and welcome on to the board Jacko !

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Welcome J ;) When I trained shoulders - I did one pressing movement (with the bench positioned as you have described) then I follow this with rows/flyes/shrugs etc. I know guys who train shoulders and sit bolt upright but I think its 'horses for courses' mate. If you hitting the desired muscle group and you feel its a solid workout stick with it. P.S. Would be very interested in your boxing training mate - maybe you could post up some of your previous training etc. |
