![]() ![]() | Outer Pecs I am fairly happy with the bulk side of things when it comes to my chest but im after shaping it more than anything now. I assume the lowest bf levels would go along way towards this but their must be excercises that can help improve the overall look. I am partically after shaping the curve from the arm pit round to the under side which i call the outer pecs though i bet their is a proper word for this. Its the part that gives your chest that sweeping curve look. My current chest routine is : Bench press 3 x 6 - 8 Incline Bench 3 x 6 - 8 Flat bench dumbell flyers 3 x 8 - 10 Seated pec deck flyers (elbow version) 3 x 8 - 10 Any changes welcome, the above is what i am currently using to add some bulk
