![]() | done something to my back bros i was doing deads today warmed up properly got to my working weight of 100kg (first time ive lifted it got 8 and then 6 anf then 3 out of it. then i sat down had a rest before i did my chinups and all i could feel was the lower left part of my back with a pain starting form their and going to me left thigh, i managed to get home and put some deepheat on it do you think this is a pull muscle? or smet worse? |

Or you just overdid it big time. This is what I think you did here. I would have just done one set at that and left the rest alone myself. I do one set to failure myself.

![]() | thanks for ur help, back feeling fine today went and did shoulders beat my pb by 5 kg on shoulder press was well happy, am training very hard now. should not have done 2 many sets. but back dose feel better, on the next deads session i will not go as heavy. |
