tis the season to be snotty!

just wondered what the consensus is on training while you have a cold? im sitting here surfing instead of training because it feels like my head is full of wool im sure i could still train but then you start wondering do i have a cold because ive been overtraining?

I think you'v already answered your own question mate.. Have a break over xmas, rest up and get back into into it in the new year with re-newed enthusiasm..

I have a week off about every 8 weeks.. If you have a light cold you can work through it, but anything more than that and its better to rest up because your not going to be able to work at any intensity anyway.
