![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think you'v already answered your own question mate.. Have a break over xmas, rest up and get back into into it in the new year with re-newed enthusiasm.. I have a week off about every 8 weeks.. If you have a light cold you can work through it, but anything more than that and its better to rest up because your not going to be able to work at any intensity anyway.
